Fill the gaps
Where a request needs information you have not supplied, such as specialist input or client decisions, the draft says so rather than inventing an answer. Reply with the new material and Dendra revises the same Doc.
You send it
Dendra never emails councils or clients. When the response is ready, your planner sends it, in their own name, when they choose.

What planners ask us.
Does Dendra send the s92 response to council?
No. Dendra drafts the response as a Google Doc and replies only to your firm's own planners. Your planner decides what is sent to council and when.
Do s92 responses count against our monthly AEEs?
No. Council replies are unlimited on both the Solo and Practice plans. Only AEEs are counted against the monthly allowance.
Can Dendra answer technical questions in an s92 request?
Dendra drafts from the material you provide and the plan provisions it holds. Where a request needs specialist input or information you have not supplied, the draft flags it for you to follow up rather than inventing an answer.
