What counts as an AEE
One AEE is counted when Dendra delivers the first complete draft for a job (one application for one site). Revisions to that draft are free. Included AEEs do not roll over.
GST and billing
Prices exclude GST. Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. After the 24 founding months, the list price applies.

If Dendra is not right for your team, tell us within 90 days of your first payment and we refund what you have paid. Cancel any time after that. Read the refund policy and the terms of service.

What is the founding partner price?
The first 10 firms to sign up as founding partners get 40% off the list price for 24 months from their first payment: $750 a month for Solo and $2,100 a month for Practice. From month 25 the list price applies automatically.
What counts as an AEE?
One AEE is counted when Dendra delivers the first complete AEE draft for a job. A job is one application for one site, and revisions to that draft are free. An AEE is not counted if the job is abandoned before a first complete draft, if the draft fails Dendra's own quality checks, or if a planner tells us within 7 days, with a reason, that it was not usable.
Do unused AEEs roll over?
No. AEEs are counted in the calendar month Dendra delivers them, and included AEEs do not roll over to the next month.
What happens if we need more AEEs?
Extra AEEs are from $250 each plus GST, added to your next monthly invoice. Dendra asks a lead planner before drafting one.
How are we billed?
Monthly in advance through Stripe, in New Zealand dollars. GST is added for New Zealand firms and Stripe emails a tax invoice each month.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time, by email from a lead planner. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Within 90 days of your first payment, the money-back guarantee refunds what you have paid in full.
